Product Feed Linter Refund Policy

The Product Feed Linter Diagnostic is a digital diagnostic service. There is no physical return process. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
Refund review is available when:
- the buyer paid twice for the same intended diagnostic;
- the buyer never submits a valid feed and work has not started;
- the submitted data is unsafe or disallowed and no safe replacement is provided;
- Orbral cannot produce the report because of an Orbral-side tool failure.
Refunds are not automatic because the feed has more issues than expected, the buyer dislikes the score, or the buyer expected marketplace acceptance, Stripe catalog upload, or live payment setup that the public offer does not promise.
Support covers clarification of the delivered report for 7 calendar days after delivery, with a target first response within 2 business days.
