Product Feed Linter Privacy Notice

Orbral collects the contact information and catalog feed material needed to fulfill the Product Feed Linter Diagnostic. Stripe handles payment information through its hosted checkout. Orbral does not ask buyers to send payment card data, passwords, API keys, or customer lists.

Submitted feed material is used to run the diagnostic, prepare the report, answer support questions, and handle refund or fulfillment review. Orbral does not sell submitted catalog data.

Raw feed material should stay in the approved fulfillment workspace and should not be committed to the public repository. Orbral keeps submitted material only as long as needed for fulfillment, support, quality review, refund review, or legal/accounting obligations.

Buyers can ask about intake, correction, deletion, or support by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained when required for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal compliance.
